‘Growing Food in Small Spaces’ was one of our pilot projects, funded by Food for Life. The aim is to support people without access to outdoor space to grow their own food. Local residents, many of whom live in flats, came and planted a window box or hanging basket with fresh herbs and salad. We hope to offer more events like this in the future! Thank you to Polly a Growing Hollingdean volunteer who organises these events.
Thank you to Amos at RAGS (Roedale Allotments and Gardens Society) for growing all the seedlings. For garden supplies please go see Amos and friends at the allotment shop, Golf Drive. If you would like to get involved or donate please contact us.

If you would like to get outside and grow fruit, vegetables and flowers please visit your nearest community garden here
